I didnt like anything, specially the reception staffs are rude and deny my booking and informed me at the time of check in that the property sold out

The receptionist at the hotel tried extorting 700Rs extra from me. When I said I will not pay extra for the booked room, I was sent away.

Very clean for 1 night. Very good light, Quiet aircon..

We were charged 1000 rupias for late checkout at 5.50 pm with hotel being 90% empty Low pressure of water. No warm water. Room is not cleaned when you stay longer.

Excellent Hotel, rooms and the property is top notch. Food in the restaurant is quite good, fair spread, tasty. Facilitates in the property is good. Centrally located close to railway station and palace.
