Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Townhouse Mysore central Mysuru. Booked two rooms for a night and had an excellent overall experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional service across the board, right from the reception to room service to the kitchen staff, everyone was courteous, prompt, and professional

The hotel features spacious and well-maintained rooms, complemented by a large and welcoming lobby that enhances the overall experience. However, the breakfast was fantastic in terms of variety and the high standards of the of the property.

To begin with guys in the reception,they are rude and try to scam the customers,they say Three people bedroom while booking and when we reach the hotel they force us to upgrade our room by paying extra money. So please don’t go the hotel with assumption that they would provide an extra cot without the upgrade. Things they don’t provide what other hotel provides:- 1.No television connection has they mentioned in the booking app that there will be a tv connection. 2.No proper working AC. 3.No Wi-Fi. 4.No friendly customer service.The staff behaves rude with customers especially the guys @ night reception and asks for upfront payment of full cash before showing us the room,they treat us like we are some kind of thieves who would run away without paying for the room. 5.No cleanliness in room.Do not get scammed by just looking at the hotels good entrance.

Good we could go out at noon also Walking around city near hotel was good

The lift was not working .If the chats were more it would be good The building was looking old

The rooms were extremely good. Restaurant and services were awesome. Wide variety of breakfast options every day ..Simply loved it.It was really a nice place to stay.

It is a lovely hotel located in a very calm and quiet place in the peaceful city of Mysore. Rooms are spacious and windows give you a clear view. The staff is very quick and courteous. Food is tasty and the morning breakfast spread is full of delicious items. They serve all kinds of cuisines which include Veg and non veg items.
