Recently visited this hotel for a one day stay it was really good staffs were friendly and very helpful. Room service was good. Breakfast menu was widespread. Suhaib and Sunitha were very polite and kind. Overall, it was a nice stay..

The Grand Mercure hotel, is one of the best hotels in Mysuru, according to me… probably even in the India, since I met so many foreigners.. great place to host Dinners, conferences and even get-togethers…

"PERFECT TOWNHOUSE"

The service has been amazing. Raghavendra , the room attendant, was incredibly attentive and helpful, as was Suhaib, the floor manager. They attended to my every need and were incredibly courteous and professional. Would highly recommend the stay just for the service. Thank you, Team Townhouse.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. From the moment I checked in, things started going wrong. The staff seemed uninterested and at times even rude. Basic requests like fresh towels or room service took multiple calls and long waiting times. The amenities advertised online were either unavailable or in very poor condition – the pool was closed, and Wi-Fi barely worked. This stay was a complete letdown, especially given the price. I expected much better service and hygiene standards. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For Family i would prefer not to visit this place.

"DESTINY"

Best heritage hotel, ambience is great, food is good. View from the top — no captain needed when you steer your own destiny. One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. The interiors are made from the best of best quality.
