Being one of the most famous hotels in Mysuru needless to say, this is a magnificent hotel. You can spend lots of time just appreciating the city and the display in the building. What's even more impressive is the top-notch service.

There was no dustbin in the room. When asked for AC remote they denied to give. There was no lock for the door. The hotel was not senior citizen friendly. A big management failure happening in the hotel, it's best to rectify it.

Room smells a lot- solution turn on ac immediately after I check in. Hot water comes after wasting 2buckets of water

Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel service. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasantly quiet, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was also ideal, being very accessible which made commuting easy and convenient in a busy Mysore

We were denied entry into the hotel informing that they have not received our booking from Booking.com. Are you fooling people by giving confirmation vouchers which hotels don't accept.

We had a warm From team Supertown House Mysore Central were thrilled with it. We stayed in a suite room, which was very cozy and perfect for the family. View from the balcony was mind-blowing. Suite room had extra large balcony with recliners. Walk-in wardrobe and spacious bathroom with bathtub was provided. Overall room was very comfortable.

I had the most incredible stay at this Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is perfectly nestled in center of the city offering the ultimate peace and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the surrounding iconic city Mysore, which could be seen right from the comfort of my room.

This place is special because of the people first and foremost. The staff are the hardest working group of people I’ve ever seen, with the best attitudes. We’re going to remember their warm, friendly smiles the most. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy.
