Havana Beach villa

The caretaker Rejitha was amazing. Was very helpful and always available for anything that was required. Rejitha was the most helpful. She immediately cleaned the room and also got me floormats(which didn't help much since the property is not maintained well and sand will enter irrespective of what one does) She was on time with breakfast fast and available for anything adhoc

However the property lacks. Its not as clean as shown in the pics. The walls, bedsheets room is dirty. The property is not planned well. Example- being on the beachside it should consider and have ways to avoid a situation where one ends up getting inside room with sand filled legs. There are taps to clean but the feet gets all in sand when u walk towards the room. The lighting is poor in the rooms. There weren't clean floormats and i had to ask for it.

Excellent location and friendly host. Room is right next to the beach thus gives superb vibes. Only thing is that the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark.

The best part was the lady who is the caretaker and the neighbour who runs a cafe, both these women were the best. The stay itself was very cozy and nice.

So the room I booked and the pictures don't match. The non ac room is not on the beach, we paid extra to stay on the beach side room, so they try to upsell you, beware when you book.

The place has been an experience! It's a beach front property, totally secluded. When you chill on the hammock, time just slips and if you're planning a laidback vacation, away from the crowd, then you're a match made for each other. A huge shout out to the caretaking staff Rejitha and the owner Subin for making life easy. I can't wait to get back here soon!

The lady who welcomed us was super kind, helpful and also helped me have a different breakfast since I was sick. The location is wonderful, it overlooks the beach and the sunset that falls in front of you. highly recommended
