Hotel Campismo Praia Grande

El alojamiento de Tomás fue el más especial de la isla. En una ubicación estupenda, con las vistas al pico y la playa al lado, además de muy cerca del sur, era toda una aventura. Pero sobre todo, el pasar las noches con Tomás y Fernanda, que llevaba allí 3 semanas y ya había visitado la isla muchas veces, fue increíble. Cenando juntos, bebiendo cerveza, te sientes en casa y esos son los recuerdos que se quedan para siempre.

The most comfortable bed on the island! The cottages were very comfortable. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was a choice of fish or octopus served with Cole slaw, rice, and bread. Breakfast was coffee and fresh fruits. I had no issues with any bug bites here unlike other properties. Was very peaceful and the views were insane. The use of a kayak down the river was an added surprise!

Boendet ligger på en fantastisk plats. Frukosten och middagarna var toppen. Gillade skarpt att bo på Praia grande i två veckor.

Brilliant eco Lodge in perfect location great food and comfortable beds . Just over an hour to the capital and airport on a good road with unbelievable views of the beaches and forest. The drive there gets better and better on a winding coast road . We saw turtles and had great trekking , kayaking and fishing . Our second time there and we'll be going back .

The host is a great guy, he helped us out a lot and at times we really needed that help. The location is perfection. It is an isolated site and you can often find yourselves the only people on the breach (Praia Grande). You are surrounded by forest and can hear all the birds and creatures. The site is clean and attractive. There is a communal building where people eat. Breakfast is provided and is really good, lots of fruit, bread and some coffee. You can ask Tomas, the host, for an evening meal and he will arrange it. You eat with the other guests in a communal kitchen/dining room, which you can use to prepare your own food and store things in the fridge. Wifi is good. It is a bit like a hostel in some ways but you also have a completely private sleeping arrangement which is really nice. One night a bunch of baby turtles hatched out during the middle of dinner! It was amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like.
