My second stay here but in a different room. Ideal location for Digbeth and the main City centre. Great to have the kitchen facilities and everything was nice and clean. Comfy bed and not much noise from outside considering I stayed on a Saturday night,

I couldn’t get the heater to work - probably me - so it would be useful to have some instructions perhaps. Wifi code didn’t work either but not a major issue.

Main door was already open, I had to guess my room, the one with the door left open and key on table.Suite 2, so I only tried two doors.

NO WIFI, SIGNED IN, CONNECTED BUT NO INTERNET AVAILABLE. The signal was too weak. I really needed the internet connection, so was greatly inconvenienced.

Very clean, modern and directly opposite the coach station. Perfect location and great value for money

Someone in the room next door kept aggressively knocking/banging on the wall. As the walls are thin it came through loudly but this isn’t the apartments fault. Still enjoyed myself

Hi there, I had contacted the property immediately after check in the evening of the 12th. However, still without any reply or assistance. I’d like to request the lodgement for partial refund based on the unacceptable condition of the facility. We noticed upon check in that the toilet seat was completely off the fixings and not attached to the toilet. The toilet was unusable for seating. The mirror in the bathroom was detaching from the wall. It appears loose upon trying to adjust, and about to fall off the tiling. The light in the bathroom was going out infrequently. Seemingly the bulb seems to be broken. There was also hairs in the bathroom sink. I’ve taken photos for reference of all of these things. Message from 14th January: There has been noise in the hallway at around 2:45am. For a moment it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room. At 3:02 the fire alarm has been activated without any sign or detection of smoke etc. In the hallway. Video footage has been taken of the incident which is continuing with the same extremely loud continuous noise throughout the whole building. The noise is still going uninterrupted (now 3:12am , Sunday, 14 January) I’ve checked the building and no detection of fire or the like is present. Most likely the fire alarm was activated by intruders or other guests as an annoyance. I expect a full refund for this unacceptable booking. The property has been informed. Once again without any response. The fire alarm noise in the building is still going without interruption. I’ve tried to call the property number repeatedly in order get any assistance. However there is no answer. The fire alarm is still going without interruption. (3:22am now) The local fire brigade has been contacted by multiple people at the property. As informed by the local yoffice just now. A team has been dispatched and is on the way. The alarm is still going without interruption. (3:40am now)

Shower was cold
