Great location, great price. Slight issue with the entry into the building, quick phone call and was dealt with straight away, very helpful.

It was close to where we were going

Noise from subside club all night. Stayed at the property as a couple but cutlery was for one person and there wasn’t even any mugs/cups to have a drink from in morning. Noise from cleaners in morning

Had a kitchen

Found substances in my room that I shouldn’t and I demand a full refund please. Thee was illegal substances in the drawers and the fan was musty

Great location, exceptionally close to where we needed to be

Photos on the site here looked great however the room we had felt unfinished, gaps around a plug socket on the wall - only needs a bit of filler 🤷🏼‍♀️ Cracks in the ceiling, room was freezing with no instructions about heating or about turning on the switch to get hot water. No iron or ironing board in the room, on contacting the property they insisted there was on in a housekeeping cupboard on the lower floor. There unfortunately wasn’t. TV bracket on the wall but no tv.. the previous occupants half drunk Huel in the fridge. No cups to have hot drinks in only glasses, no bottle opener just lacking the basics really. No heating at all in the bathroom don’t was freezing! Couldn’t sleep for what sounded like a party going on close by which didn’t finish until 5:30am Plus side is was clean and tidy but that wasn’t enough to make the stay better

Can't get enough of this place. So functional. Most of what you need. Beds are so comfortable. Coffee and tea available. Electric kettle, washing machine. I felt so spoilt. I will keep coming if/when I have the opportunity.

A microwave would be very useful. I wonder why they didn't provide that. There could be a reason. A TV wouldn't be bad also 😁. But I couldn't fault this accommodation either way. It's superb!

Very comfortable bed, two lovely big towels for the excellent shower Keys were in room which was spotless. On the wholw very well equipped though a few more cutlery items would be good if not stolen ! Slight knack to open front door using code but not an issue.

Two things. No signs for emergency exit in case of fire. Could not see one so is there one? Curtains if drawn when fire was on could cover heat vent so a big fire risk if people careless.. They need shortening!

The location is great. It was easy to find and to access the place. The room was clean and comfortable.

Some of the other guests were very noisy and I could here their music all night. There were no TV, and small light.
