GBI loved my stay at Kokokan House Ubud. The rooms feel modern and fresh, with clean sheets and towels and thoughtful daily cleaning. It’s tucked right into nature, so you really get that peaceful village-life atmosphere, roosters and all, which made it such a calm and grounding place to be. The owner and staff were genuinely lovely, and the owner even greeted me in the early hours when my flight was delayed. It’s easier to get around if you have a scooter, but I used the Grab app with no problem. A beautiful, quiet spot that feels like a home base in Ubud.
Nothing was bad, I really enjoyed my stay here.

DEVery comfortable room, cleaning every day!! they provide you with coffee, shampoo toothpaste etc. Big Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The staff and the owner are very nice and pleasant people. Location is perfect - quiet area but 7 mins by bike to the center of Ubud. I enjoyed my stay very much!
The only thing I wanted to have is the kitchen but it's nothing comparing with all other advantages

loud roosters nearby, almost always audible, also the road can be noisy, it's just few meters away. there was no hot water many when i wanted to shower in the first night, on the second night there was...
SGEverything.. stayed here for 9days and I love the peace and quiet, everything was working great & staff were super helpful as always.

HUeverything is fine here. small but nice room , very clean and looks new. breakfast was great for 50k and the owener/staff is very nice in terms of helpfulness and communication .
there was no hot water at the first night i stayed there, probably the other guest used from the tank all. in the area there are lot of roosters, they are noisy almost all day and night, i'm sensitive to sounds so it wasn't an easy sleep for me there.
