Bathroom smelled a bit, roosters were ridiculous from 3:30am, no drinking water available.
ATLage war gut, wir konnten auch direkt dort einen Roller mieten.
Die Handtücher wurden nie getauscht und die Bettwäsche war sehr dreckig (einige Flecken und Haare auf den Polstern). Beim betreten des Zimmers hat man die Feuchte verwits gerochen und es war Schimmel an den Wänden. Der Schimmelfleck wurde dann nach 2 Tagen einfach mit Farbe überstrichen. Das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt und nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir immer fragen.

DEWe had we really pleasant stay and would definitely come back! The apartment is only one year old so it was modern and also clean. The personal was very kind and helpful. There weren’t any complications oder delays when checked in and out. It is about 15 minutes away from Ubud Centre with the motorbike

Esperienza orribile, a dir poco. Iniziando dal check in, dove non si è presentato nessuno e abbiamo dovuto attendere fuori della struttura 20 minuti prima che arrivasse il figlio del proprietario, che non sapeva che camera darci. Camera con letto e asciugamani sporchi che, dopo la segnalazione, sono stati cambiati con altri asciugamani sporchi (le lenzuola sembravano a posto). Ultima ciliegina della serata: acqua fredda in un bagno sporco e scandaloso. Vista l’ora, abbiamo dormito e il giorno dopo cambiato albergo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Location. Had to get a grab into Ubud "centre". No places to eat in walking distance
JPA very kind staff let me check in in the very last minute, saving my life. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility. Good: Quietness and cleanness. Proximity to the center of the town. Nice hot shower.
I wanted to have hot water heater... there was tea set but no hot water heater. Bath towels could have smelled better.
