Penthouse suite, Victoria Apartments

Sauber, gross und super Ausstattung für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

GMaps gab mir erst die Adresse bzw. die Nummer des Appartements Statt der Nummer 3 als Adresse. Das hat mich etwas verwirrt. Eine Person von der Unterkunft war dann nicht zu erreichen. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war dann "unbemannt".

Apartment on the top floor lots of steps did not like the key lock for the key couldn't open it asked someone open it found it difficult but that's me

Son agencement, son emplacement parfait en ville, son calme.

Le lit très inconfortable (ressorts, trou, très usé), n’a rien à faire dans un tel appartement : à remplacer absolument. Le canapé : trop mou, creux, qualité médiocre comparé au reste de l’appartement : à changer au plus vite. La machine à laver le linge : gros bruit de tambour qui tape qui fait peur à l’essorage, va sans doute bientôt exploser !!! L’absence de réponse rapide du propriétaire…

Good location. Plenty of space. Plenary of hot water and well equipped. Overall clean and tidy

Bed was very hard could do with new mattress. 18tog duvet in summer was ridiculous could do with a light summer duvet 4 tog as rooms were very warm. Could do with a fan. Carpets could do with a clean in high traffic areas. Vinyl could do with a scrub too. Too many nick nacks and fake plants stresmlinining would make it easier to clean. Smell of weed every now and then from neighbours

Could not access wi go. Would have been helpful if the code was written out clearer

Beautiful property, very quirky, loved the dining room in the turret.

Loved the location although not a beach front property. Was clean and comfortable. The property had some real charm about it.

Old food in the cupboards. Dishes left on draining board. Wet washing in the machine. Plates dirty in the cupboard and just checked in Left an expensive hair dryer behind by mistake contacted the company/owner and no reply at all not honest at all. Being on the top floor the stairs were alot. Would of been nice to have more than 1 large towel and 1 small towel between 2 guests.

The property was decorated in a lovely style with nice furniture.

The cleaner had failed to turn up and when we returned to the property at 6pm the bed was still un made. I rang the owner who tried to contact the cleaner but couldn’t. In fairness to the owner- he lived half an hour away and came and cleaned the apartment whilst we went out for a meal. When we returned the bed had been made ( hopefully new clean bedding?!) but there was still a cup on the side with an old tea bag in it. There was also only a small amount of toilet paper left when we arrived but luckily we had also packed a small amount! The owner had let us check in at 10am rather than 3pm as we were going to a funeral. This was really nice of him . The corridor outside the apartment had no carpet and was really tatty. Not what you’d expect for an apartment marketed as ‘Penthouse’ but that’s probably nothing to do with the owner of the apartment.
