Penthouse suite, Victoria Apartments

The pics don’t do this place justice. It’s a roomy, beautiful, well looked after, very clean and comfortable apartment at a great price. Excellent location. Very close to the shops and the beach. Hosts are 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning.

We loved everything!

The cleanliness, the open space, uncluttered apartment, well equipped kitchen, seperate breakfast/ dining area with stunning views. Would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Bed could do with a little upgrade with pillows and bed covers

The corridor to the apartment needs improving also there was a lot of out of date food left in the cupboards and freezer

The apartment was perfect! We loved the decor and space, in particular we loved the dining space. It is a centrally located apartment, everything was within walking distance which was another plus. We visit Prestatyn every year and this is the best place we’ve stayed at.

The was a slight delay in check-in as the apartment was being cleaned but we went for a walk

Room was OK. Double glazing good so quiet even though town centre location. Breakfast good variety.

First night I asked for a 7.30 am wake up call. Didn't happen..rang down and asked what happened and they apologised and promised wake up call would happen the next day. Didn't happen again. Really should t be that difficult.

The layout and size was very comfortable

No bed sheets, duvet cover or pillow cases. Old bedding was left in the bath

I booked this for my 18yr old son and his GF for his 18th. First holiday together, they absolutely loved the property. Felt safe and said it was centrally located.

They have not said one negative point. They loved it
