Penthouse suite, Victoria Apartments

I could live in that apartment if it wasn't for the stairs.

The stairs access although I was informed sbout it. My fault having bad legs

Perfect location, cosy and comfortable with a modern trendy vibe. Like a home from home - and great value for money - I hope it stays this price as I would stay here every time!!

We liked the location as very close to many shops and town centre. The decor in the apartment was very nice and the turret had an amazing view all around.

The entrance to the apartment isn't very nice and the corridors were a bit like a maze. If I had visited as a single person I would not have felt very happy to navigate the entrance and corridors. The freezer is still full of food (as mentioned in previous reviews) mouldy jar of jam in the cupboard. Basically, there is an assortment of food that has been opened and left by previous people staying. We feel it would be better to throw this away as no-one will be happy to use open food and it just looks like they can’t be bothered to throw it away.

We liked the view, we liked how quiet it was, we liked how cosy the apartment was and we liked that there was a Smart Tv. The tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked we also liked that it was central to the town and the beach. We also liked that even though the apartment was across from the railway station, we did not hear the trains passing.

We didn't like that there were so many stairs, we also didn't like that there was no normal tv channels.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with a great view. Central location in Prestatyn town. Loved the dining alcove in the the turret area.

Property wasn't ready for our 3pm check-in and appeared as if it had been prepared in a rush eg bins not lined, no washing up liquid ...Nothing major though.

It is a lovely apartment

Laundry was left in washing machine. No hand soap or washing up liquid. Although I slept reasonably well, the mattress is very soft. The sofa sags in the middle, which could be a problem for more than one person relaxing in the evening The lock box was a problem, very fiddly, could be a problem for someone with movement difficulties

The apartment itself was really nice and the location was good. Nice touches to the decor.

The mattress was uncomfortable with springs sticking up.When I stripped the bed before leaving I discovered a very badly stained mattress cover, quite disgusting actually. It's a shame because the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. A disappointing 2 nights stay due lack of sleep.
