Hotel Kusum Palace

Very well located and close to the railway station. It is a chaos outside but the rooms are large and well lit. The owners went out of their way to accommodate all requests from us.

Everything was fine really. But it's probably a new hotel so a lot of people were asking us how much we paid for the hotel and that was a bit intrusive. But it's not the hotel's fault.

Very cooperative Team of Staff. Fully equipped with all the amenities as mentioned in the Booking page. Conveniently located place. Very close to the Railway Station. The Hotel was also accompanied with a Restaurant, which was quite reasonable.

Nothing specific to dislike.

The beds were very bad and not comfortable at all, the rooms were not that much clean and above all there was a mouse running around the whole room!! Absolutely ridiculous experience! The hotel staff was dumb and couldn't even understand anything and also scammed us while renting a car...He took ₹800 from us for absolutely no reason
