Good location if you arrive by train.

The room was not cleaned properly (rice on the sofa, hair on the towel, mirror). Communication with staff was difficult, which led to various and sometimes annoying misunderstandings. The soap dispenser was filled with more water than soap. There is no place to eat the food you ordered and there is no chair in the room. Bring ear plugs.

Very near to the railway station if you’re coming by train.

These is no wheel chair access for elderly people to go up to the reception. Steep staircases which leads up to the reception and elevator. Rooms are decent. However bathrooms are badly planned where there is no separate section for shower eventually you splash water all around the bathroom while taking shower. Room cleaning and water you need to ask it doesn’t happen as per standard. Room service menu is limited. With the price you’re paying for the room it is decent. Rooms are nice and comfortable. “Advice for people who are booking this place please don’t expect high standards.” Staff are nice and understanding.

Rooms are neat and clean, room service is good. Staff are very polite. Location is good.
