The staff are always very polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food is top class and well presented. The grounds and hotel are always a pleasure to be around.

Our room needed refreshing, new carpet and redecorating.

I liked the location and it was clean, breakfast was ok.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a double Dulux which showed a double shower and they gave me a room with a shower over a bath, but after a chat at reception they changed my room, but it only had a single shower.dont be fooled by the photos.

"Lovely place to stay in beautiful Keswick"

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history dating from mid 1800s The staff are very warm and professional. The gardens are beautiful and the lawns often visited by lots of rabbits. Delicious breakfasts and we had lovely mountain views from our room.
