"disappointing"

bed was comfy

sink was blocked only one mirror and it was in the bath room lights beside bed where broke didn't work and trying to plug in charger beside bed keeps pushing the charger out wouldn't go in properly.

"It was just what we needed a short getaway"

It was a great location in Newcastle we had a great view of the promenade I would definitely recommend this stay

Not much

Strong smell throughout. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Also alot of dampness.

1 windows didnt open 2. Bathroom extraction fan not working 3. Shower temp seemed stuck at very hot .

Lamps not working 2 cup set out for 2 ppl had to go to bar for key nobody told us anything we had to tell another resident you have to go to bar for key
