Beds too small and too bouncy

lovely location and room however just found check in and check out complicated at first as we weren't told beforehand until i rang to collect the key in the pub. But apart from that no faults , however would say it was freezing until 8pm I'm not sure if this was because the heating was set for a specific time or not.

The location was great right at the sea-front and we were able to park just round the corner in the Donard Carpark. The room was clean and warm and most things worked.

It wasn't clear where we leave the keys on leaving. We realised it was the plastic box on the table at the front door. A breakfast would also have been appreciated. Bedside lights didn't work.

Room was perfect for 3 ladies basic enough but served purpose.

It was very cold.

We were room only. The room was sod bad we didn’t stay. Travelled home that night again. Carpet was grubby. Bathroom was freezing. Large crack in sink. Generally v dissatisfied. Staff in the bar where we go the key unpleasant. No information from her.

Everything. £150 was a joke for what we were given.

We arrived to find we had been upgraded to the sister hotel Avoca

Location was ideal for my trip

Room was cold,not so clean,mould in ceiling. No staff onsite.

location was superb staff were amazing

pub didn't do cocktails so really nothing important Parking was a public car park
