Zero members of staff on duty you had to go to the local bar to speak to someone which is really awkward especially in the evening and its packed. No night porter whatsoever which means other guests can screech and keep the entire building awake constantly. Staying here with kids and having drunk men run in and out banging doors, arguing and just being a nuisance, was terrifying, especially when there is no night porter available. They have a sheet up saying one is available but of course when rang number was invalid. So many cobwebs and spiders!!!! No iron or ironing board as stated. The noise levels from outside are diabolical the windows are so thin and really drafty I wouldn't like to stay in winter. You will hear next doors live music and the staff dumping bottles up until 3am. No running hot water we had to go into the packed bar and stand and wait to be told they didnt have the water heater on. So had to wait for that to heat before any of us could get showers. You get coffee with a kettle but no teabags. Cushions and throws had stains on them. This is NOT a family place and shouldn't be advertised as one. £110 a night to stay here is an actual joke, ive been in cleaner more safe hostels. Defo dont book if you are looking anything relaxing.

the noise of the bar, the constant revving of cars on the car park very loud exhausts bunch of idiots doing stupid things in cars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
