The building where the apartment is located is a bit old-fashioned, ou'll get to used to it.
AUThe owner was incredibly helpful with directions and answering questions. The location is fantastic. Close to the city wall, Naksan Mountain walking trails, buses, and a short walk to multiple subway stations. The apartment has everything you need for a visit, we stayed for 10 days in December and it was warm and comfortable. The location is also right in the middle of a shoe, toy and stationery shopping paradise. Would definitely stay here again.

AUThe location was perfect. We were very close to the subway station and pickup point for all the tours we booked. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms warm which was really important for us as the weather was so cold. The host stayed in touch to let us know if there were any weather or pollution issues ahead of time.
The bathroom was a little hard to ventilate so we had to leave the window open and the door closed most of the time.

DEDie Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super eingerichtet und dem westlichen Standard entsprechend. Der Vermieter hat uns eine kostenlose Grundreinigung nach der Hälfte der Zeit des Aufenthalts angeboten. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.
Uns hat alles gefallen an der Unterkunft. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell daran (in der deutschen Zählweise der Etagen ist es der vierte Stock).

Everything is very good. The accommodation is on the fifth floor, which is a great place to exercise in the winter.
THSo many amenities provided in the room, there was much love and care into this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and felt like home. It was near the metro and had convenience stores nearby, I would deffo recommend staying here

RUАпартаменты - просто супер! Очень довольны. Гостеприимный хозяин принял наш багаж на несколько часов раньше заселения - это было для нас большим облегчением. Апартаменты очень чистые и оснащены всем, чем только можно представить. Реально - есть все!!! Особенно порадовало наличие чая, кофе и вкусняшек - СПАСИБО))) Все работало. Полотенца в огромном количестве. Много милых деталей, украшений. В одной спальне стояла двуспальная кровать, во второй спальне - двухэтажная, мы жили семьей, втроем со взрослой дочерью, и очень обрадовались, что у каждого своя комната. Хозяин постоянно был на связи, просто замечательный человек)))
Район нас немного испугал сначала - кругом торговые точки, продавцы и коробки с товаром. Но оказалось - тихо и безопасно.
