cockroaches, 5 flights of stairs, someone knocking on the door we our child was upset for 5min at 7pm. owners knocking on the door at 10.30pm and calling me on my phone when I didn't open the door fast enough and waking the whole family up. the water not running for 1.5 days which after complaining, I got reimbursed 1 nights accommodation. hard to find and had to keep pushing to get more info on how to find the place and get to the place. if it wasn't for the pictures they eventually provided, we would never have found the place. they take at least 1 hour to reply or more. and do not speak any English at all. you can hear the road noise all night.

TWA clean, warm and beautiful apartment. It is very comfortable to live in and as convenient as at home.
AUIt was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I also really appreciated the water filter so we didn’t have to buy lots of bottled water. The wifi and heating worked well and the hot water was good.
That there was no elevator and it was on 5th floor. The stairs weren’t too bad day to day when going out or coming back but with bags it was difficult up and down.

FRWe, a group of 3 adults, booked this accommodation just few days before reaching Seoul. We chose it as it was central enough for us and good value for money for the location : its facing the canal, along which you can walk to reach Gwangjang market, and from there, some of Seoul main temples. The flat is located at the 5th floor of a shoe mall with multiple independent sellers ; actually the entire street is lined with such shops, and across the canal/street you spot many clothing department stores. This makes for a lively neighbourhood during the day and evening (many small shops closed on weekends). The flat itself is really well equipped, one of the better equipped places we've stayed at during our entire trip : nicely equipped kitchen where you can reheat, cook and a small living room to chill in ; two nice bedrooms with comfy beds, a small but sufficient bathroom. Communication was rather easy with the friendly flat owner and timely, which helped as we reached Seoul late that evening (self check-in/check-out).
As others have mentioned, the flat is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator (not much the flat owner can do about this). If you have much heavy luggage and are not ready for a wee exercise, you may not like this. The street is quite lively with sellers and merchandise loading, notably in the very early morning as many shops operate 6am to 4pm this may feel a bit noisier to some at time. The flat has a double window to mitigate this, but you can still hear it, so if you have light sleep as I do, earplugs will help a bunch. Lastly, communication with the host could be improved : the host messaged in Korean, and while Papago/Google Translate help a lot towards English, this makes for extra steps in communication and sometimes lead to fun (mis)translations.
HUVery cute and cozy apartment, has everything you might need. The host is exceptionally nice and caring, checks up on the needs :3 They made us feel very welcomed <3 The apartment is close to a metro station which makes it easy to reach. Apartment is very clean and thoughtfully furnished, so everything is easy to find and store. The host offered a cleaning as well during our stay. There is a water purifier in the apartment which makes the stay comfortable. Apartment is equipped with a passcode lock, so every guest can have an access without sharing a key. Great apartment for a group of friends or family ☺️
everything is great, the only issue was that, if you are drying your clothes after washing it might take 2 days to fully dry. But it’s not an issue ;) one time we saw a cockroach that probably came from the building, it was only once within 14 days of our stay.
