The Broome Kolkata

Great cafes and shops around the property. The breakfast place downstairs was outstanding. It's not part of the hotel but right at the bottom. It was suoer super clean, had A/C and was very very quite and in a top location. All things that are hard to find in Calcutta, together in one hotel for this price.

The surroundings. It’s a posh residential area with a generous amount of greenery.

Wi-Fi speed. It’s almost unusable. After 8pm , it was working. I think the router needs to be placed in a strategic position so that it could be accessed from all the rooms. Tooth brash and tooth paste were not included in the toiletries . Good was exorbitant. 240 INR for a plate of yellow dal.

Great little hotel in a calm neighborhood with great little stores and coffee shops.

I liked the quiet and that it was very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. They have a lovely cafe in the same building with very nice food and really awesome cold coffee. The street has many amazing cafes and stores with textiles / handwoven handmade gifts and food options. Great place to stay at.

For the Price point, they could have included breakfast with the room. It was available on order but for the price point, it would have been value for money.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The locality is charming and peaceful. A truly wonderful place for the first day in India! I wish I could have stayed longer!
