I would recommend this place as it’s one of the dirtiest places non of the amenities in the room are working…overpriced…I would not even pay Rs 100 to stay in this shit hole

The bed was really comfortable, and the location was great. There was a kettle, hot shower which worked well. The staff was helpful. Ac worked well.

The smell inside of the cottage was not good when we arrived but the ac helped a lot and we got used to it. A dog was barking during the first night but when we mentioned about it, the staff promised to work on that. (Fortunately the barking stopped after that night and we were able to sleep better.) The bathroom could be updated

Location was great

Parking is a bit difficult but beach in walking distance and the location makes up for it

Some cottages was under maintenance and pool was out of order and property needs too much maintenance

The rooms were quite clean and were very comfortable to stay

The property is divided between two brothers, the second one owns the swimming pool and majority of the property which is not properly managed . But the property where the stay are arranged are quite well managed
