The ambience, and the location

The bathrooms were not so good, the cupboards were falling apart.

Location was perfect, in the middle of market, 5min walk to beach

They dont have in house kitchen

The location is close to all the shops, restaurants, and the beaches.

The pictures are OLD and do not reflect the current state of the property. The pool, for example, was not available and there is no common area to chill in. The air conditioner in room 2 really struggles to keep the tiny room cool, and the ceiling fan spins, but doesn't actually push the air down, so it's kind of useless.

The staff are very good behaving and it’s very near to beach, the rooms were clean and very good.

Staff were great if you needed anything. Room was tidy.

Not the fault of Greenland Cottages at all but I could hear music every night till about midnight which made sleeping difficult.

Lovely build, good location, welcoming host and very helpful. The caretaker is always available if you need anything. I needed help with Internet access for my work and they gave me my own personal wifi extender.

Nothing much, except some things can be improved, like parts of the larger property are closed off and collecting dust, there is a pool but it's closed, etc.

I liked everything in the cottages except for the location (a short up hill walk from the beach) so if you don't have bike be ready to walk for like 10-15 minutes to the beach. Besides that the stay was amazing, the staff is great (Thank you Krishna) I will visit again for sure. One minor issue is that I had asked to extend for 3 nights and they accepted and I paid for the extension, but on the same night I extended they told me that the property is fully booked and that they had to give me a refund for 2 nights. I found that quite odd since I already paid for the extension but it was not a big deal, I found another stay on arambol beach.

Besides the location of the stay everything else is great!
