Unzen Kyushu Hotel

The best! We absolutely loved our stay here. Me and my fiance spent two days here and the rooms are just amazing. Everything about them from their large views to the big comfy bed you can sink into and the private onsen available to you at all hours give a complete feeling of relaxation. The food served for breakfast and dinner here is really incredible and very thoughtful. The rooftop has both a great indoor and outdoor area to sit and relax with a drink or snack as well as a courtyard area downstairs. You also can easily walk anywhere from the hotel. We can't wait to return.

The location, the view of the room, the free lounge and bar. The meals were well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Large rooms with great view of the hot springs and private onsen. Both dinner and breakfast are good too and free flow drinks (incl alcoholic) at the lounge. Will stay here again for next visit.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Une expérience hors du commun. Nous avons passé trois jours féeriques dans ce lieu inattendu.

窓から見える景色。 室内の岩風呂温泉掛け流し。 旅館でなくホテルだから周囲のやかましさがまったくない。

着いた時間が早かったから、部屋の清掃とかのスタッフが見えるところでドア閉めずおしゃべりしていて雰囲気ダウン⤵️ バーのスタッフが丁寧だけど、素人で、ウイスキーのロック頼んだら、製氷機の氷をそのままグラスに入れて出したこと。 まあ、飲み物ただです言ってる場所だから仕方ないかと思うけど、バーは雰囲気が大事。 知らないからでしょうね。

接客が素晴らしく、最上階の部屋からの眺めが格別でした。 部屋に入った瞬間、大きな絵が飾られてるのかと思うほどの絶景で感動しました。 宿泊者が無料で使えるカフェと屋上のバーも大変良かったです。家族全員で集まって本を読んだりオセロをしたり、会話したり、、普段なかなか一緒に過ごすことができないし、部屋も別々だったのでこういう集まれる場所がすごく良かったです。お酒も無料とは思えないクオリティーのもので生ビールもあり大変満足しました。

チェックインの時、生魚が苦手な人がいるとこを伝えたのですが、お食事会場のスタッフの方まで情報が伝わってなく、生魚が提供されました。　しかしお食事会場の方が迅速に対応していただきました。 タオルに私たちのものではない髪の毛が数本ついていたのも気になりました。お部屋は丁寧に掃除されているのが分かるほど清潔でした。
