Really nice apartment, central location, easy to check in and out.

I couldn't find a sheet for the sofa bed. To be fair, I didn't call the number given and ask.

Excellent location in the Wells but set back from the main Street so not loud oat all.

No parking but there was street parking not too far away.

Location is great. Right on the high street near restaurants and a few pubs and cafes. Well appointed everything you could need in a compact little mini house. Easy to pick keys up from the pub.

We could get the shower to work- could be a user error though. We did find the bedroom very small and 1 of us actually stayed downstairs on the sofa bed. A little bit pricey for what it is but we enjoyed for the location.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht, da wir auf Durchreise waren. Die Fewo ist komplett ausgestattet auch gut für mehrere Tage. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Die Betten sind bequem. Das 2 Zimmer hat ein Etagenbett. Ein extra WC ist auch da.

Il s'agit d'une vraie location familiale avec beaucoup de confort !

The key collection was near the property

We should have checked in at 3pm. When we arrived we were informed the place wasn’t ready and the cleaner was still cleaning. She was then not able to contact the cleaner to see how long it would be. We went to the property and they had no master key to get through the entrance gates so couldn’t get in. The girl then said to go and get a drink and she would contact us when it was ready! No proper apology at that stage. She called after 20 mins to say we could get the keys but the cleaner still hadn’t finished cleaning our accommodation. Eventually we were able to access it about 4.30 pm and the cleaner was only just leaving!!

It was a great property for a family. Located right on the high street

Car parking is on the street or in car parks nearby. Not too much of a problem but does mean you need to pay and display.

Great location in lovely Wells. All good and hope to return.
