The apartment was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay at Swan Mews. It was a great location and very comfortable apartment. The rooms were great and we really liked the kitchen and living room area.

"Central clean and comfy"

Great little mews apartment on two floors right in centre of the city so very handy for everything. We got moved quickly into another appt when the shower broke in our first appt - very helpful and responsive staff sorted that quickly with no fuss. So 5 stars for that great service. No parking but there is a loading bay outside for dropping kit off and you can leave a car there overnight until 8am. Waitrose and Tesco are just 5 mins walk away

Nothing to complain about. A bit more costly than I like to pay - but that is Wells so was not out of step with other available properties. Sharper kitchen knives would have been good - as hard to slice a tomato but frankly when that is all I can find to say you know it’s pretty good !

"Enjoyable short stop over in Wells."

Location was very good, apartment was clean and practical. Quite small but fine for somewhere to crash while visiting Wells. Plenty of parking within a few minutes walk. Good to be able to collect the keys in person and get entry instructions.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable (like most sofa beds) and unit could use a few more plates and bowls. Gutters need cleaning as they overflow right in front of #3's doorway.

Sensationelle ruhige Lage mitten im Zentrum von Wells. Alles im Quartier perfekt durchdacht. Gutes Krisenmanagement: Unkomplizierte Reaktion auf vermutlich defekten CO-Melder. Wir wurden für die letzte Nacht aus Sicherheitsgründen im direkt daneben liegenden Appartement untergebracht, was ein kleines Upgrade mit sich brachte.
