"My stay was good 8/10"

Full English breakfast maybe though that will impact on the cost. The garden can be better than how it is kept now. The location is perfect.

The yard is small to accommodate cars for all guests though there is ample space outside the yard with professional security personnel manning the place at night but it comforts the mind to have your car close to you.

"The second place was great the lady that runs it was so nice and helpful, just be aware of booking the arrival center"

The room was not what was showed on booking.com, photos very missleading, you could not swing a kitten in it let alone a cat, so we were moved to another accommodation which was the same people, and was very happy there so be careful not to book arrival center
