The breakfast was fine. I hope they could have a menu.

Breakfast time didn't go well. It could be ready by seven so that guests are able to leave early for work.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the owner was personally reassuring and present. Which made the experience feel more special.

Host is extremely helpful person. He helped me for Visa stamping and also he himself come upto my boarding till lady brand intercape coach station in the middle of the night. It is very safe accommodation.i strongly recommend to all my travel friends. Hello is a super host

The bed is not comfortable,

I only liked the location

When I got back to my room after day 1, I was shocked to find that my room was not cleaned, my bed not made and towels not changed. When I asked why that was the case, I was told that they didnt have the key to my room as I had locked my room when I left :( Im not even sure what to say about this as normal practice is for the hotel to open the room and clean it, failing which, if they know that they don't have the key, they should have advised me when i checked in so that I know this. Now that I was back and this was the situation, I believe that the staff on duty should have pro actively gone into the room to clean it which he didn't. I had to go and ask for a clean towel still as the staff on duty didnt seem to see the need to try and save the day. Another thing that I didn't like was that the bed in my room was very hard and uncomfortable. I had to ask for toilet paper as the one in the bathroom was almost finished :( The toilet seat was broken, actually fell off. I was very disappointed by this B&B.

The Location is Good, Staff very friendly and ready to help.
