Les douches pas propre et le matelas un trou

Location was great, staff were nice. Showers are good, and a decent kitchen, though a bit dirty.

Booked one room, given a different and worse one because people were in the one we had booked. Rooms dirty, nothing but a bed in the first room. No Aircon - that's fine but description states there is and that was the factor that made me book this over others I had stayed at previously. Very very noisy, if you want a good night sleep go elsewhere. It's great for some people, just definitely not a family.

The people there are really kind and nice.

The bathroom didn’t lock the door or closed properly, and smelled like people had pee all over the floor, beds weren’t comfortable, and for some reason that wasn’t a single girl in there. The people that work there are great so it’s the rooftop but as a solo traveler I just didn’t really felt comfortable there and ended up checking out earlier.

Karim was the best! he took care of me and my friend from the get go and made sure we had everything we needed.

The one toilet was a bit difficult

It was empty from visitors, but the staff and their friends and family were filling the common places

The shared rooftop was nice.

We often had no electricity, so the door couldn't open, as well as the wifi didn't work half of the time. And the kitchen, toilets weren't clean. The bed was really hard.
