Clean and comfortable apartment. Ideal for the beach

The property was super clean and authentic. The bed and other furniture were really firm which suited us brilliantly. It had a garage area perfect to store the scooters we hired. Air con was a bonus as we stayed in January where the evenings were quite chilly and the air con gave us some extra heat! Everything was perfect. The property is in a lovely quiet area, where we felt safe and secure. The property owner Hakima was a really lovely lady. Her English was excellent and she was incredibly helpful, before and during the stay. The whole experience was a real pleasure, and we would highly recommend.

The accommodation is very clean, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The highlight is the private hammam. The host is very friendly. The location is just perfect – not far from the beach and also close to the Marajan shopping center. Overall, I am very happy with this place and I love coming back every time!

Clean and well equipped apartment

A very welcoming and well-maintained apartment, in a great location, 200 meters from the sea. The hosts were very helpful and kind. I was alone, and there were no other apartments rented at the time, so it was very quiet.

Casa Roja had everything required to make our extended stay a relaxing and pleasurable time away. Hakima was extremely helpful in every way, from arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport and take us directly to the apartment right down to helping us with suggestions of places to go and restaurants to eat at.

We really cannot fault the vacation, the apartment or the host at all. Everything was beyond what we expected and would recommend Casa Roja to anybody thinking of visiting Agadir.

Die Gastgeberin war total freundlich, hat uns mitten in der Nacht auf uns gewartet, um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben und die Wohnung zu zeigen. Auf Nachfrage haben wir noch einen zweiten Schlüssel erhalten. Es wurden alle Wünsche sofort und unkompliziert erfüllt. Wenn wir Tipps für Ausflüge brauchten, konnte man sie unkompliziert über WhatsApp anfragen und hat immer tolle Tipps erhalten. Die Wohnung ist total ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, WLAN. Die Lage ist perfekt, ca. 5 min Fußweg zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn es in unsere Planung passt! Da gibt es eigentlich nichts. Man muss nur wissen, dass die Wohnung im Keller des Hauses liegt, und man somit natürlich keine Aussicht hat und etwas weniger Licht. Allerdings war das im August eher gut, da sich die Wohnung dann nicht so aufheizt. Tageslicht hat man trotzdem genug durch den offenen Sitz-/Essbereich.
