Very clean,very good location near to the big supermarket and to the beach,well equipped kitchen, very friendly host,your own personal hammam

This place is excellent. The host is nothing short of first class, from check in to check out it was smooth and easy. The location suited us, close to the beach and walkable to the major attractions. The accommodation has a well equipped kitchen and the private courtyard was so good, we probably spent more time there than planned. Could comfortably live here, would certainly recommend.

Hakima and her husband were very kind and had great communication. The apartment was large, well equipped and very peaceful. I loved the courtyard garden.

#1 OUTSTANDING 5 STAR HOST! i arrived at Eid when all the shops were closed, the host collected me as the taxi divers (more later) couldn't locate the property. they drove me around to find a small shop where I could buy bread and milk and even lend me Moroccan money to buy goods. drove me to the apartment and settled me in all free of charge. honestly just PERFECT HOSTS which makes my not-so-good comments all the harder to write but don't worry they aren't game changing. locally there is the pirate bar for good budget food, the soul restaurant at sofitel for a £40 pp splash out set menu, the burger place and a place diagonally across from burgers which has a rooftop bar and food (don't have the steak it tasted as if it was boiled in vinegar and very chewy.

the host provided an address which was M25 Founty and a pinned location which helped along with the instruction that 'any taxi driver with gps/sat nav will find it. here lies the problem and its a biggie. you don't know if the taxi has GPS until you flag it down and with the Moroccans being so helpful will swear they know the address. THEY DON'T. they just don't our host suggested that I always use their preferred driver but when you have walked a few miles along the beach and just want to get home well you flag down a taxi........ the workaround solution if to taxi to the Sofitel then walk the last 400 yards uphill or to the burger place (I forget the name) and 300 yards to the apartment. the host swears blind every taxi can find the place. they can't! apartment access was through a garage which was odd but fine and very little direct sunlight, plus side is it was pleasantly cool. the apartment was clean but needed detailing which shouldn't affect your stay

I can't find the words to recommend Casa Roja enough! Apartment very spacious, clean, placed in perfect area. Kitchen fully equipped, we’ve got even dishwashing liquid with sponge and all cleaning products. But the best of Casa Roja are hosts! They made are holiday very special. They helped us with booking a transfer from and to the airport, rent a car, arrange all the things for us going smoothly and easy. The best hosts ever! Their warmth and friendliness made us look forward to returning there again.

A fantastic place, very well situated (a few minutes walk from the beach) and very easily accessible with the airport bus. Property was clean and got all the stuff you might need for your stay. But the most important part on why this property is so great is the host. Hakima is super friendly, ready to accommodate any request you might have. The value for money is unbeatable and it truly makes you want to come back to Agadir.

Enjoyed my first visit to Morocco. Good location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Friendly host (thanks Hakima). Close to beach. Nice neighbourhood.

Bit of noise from neighbouring building work during daytime, but as I was out and about it didn't cause too much disturbance and it was quiet at night.

Quiet and secure location close to the beach and nice restaurants. Lovely apartment with a comfortable firm bed and a very attentive host who showed us around the first day. We've also received a brand-new blanket and were constantly in contact with the host.

Bear in mind to bring warm home clothes if travelling in winter.

The keys were collected easily, the host was good at communicating. The location itself is 3-4 minutes walk from the beach and the beginning of the main strip. It is in a nice quiet beautiful neighbourhood with a security man present at late hours. The bed was comfortable and bathroom and hamam was nice a clean and a good feature. My taxi back to the airport the driver was able to find the location easy. No complaints.

The location was really good, a little under 5 mins walk to the beach and a stones throw away from the many Spa hotels. The apartment was clean and the facilities were great. The one thing that made my stay even more enjoyable was Hakima the host. She was very friendly and really really helpful and so quick to respond. She helped advise and signpost to many places such as key breakfast spots and where to visit etc. She also helped me with certain apps that made my stay easy such as the local uber equivalent which was so much easier and cheaper than takes and also food delivery apps so I could get my KFC delivered to my door. Internet Speeds were great and also housekeeping was very reasonably priced. All in all I would definitely stay there again, the price for the location, the friendly and always available host it was worth every penny :)

Would have been nice to have a TV in the apartment.
