The view, location, and spacious property were excellent. Communication with the host was also great

The house was made of wood, and at times, you could hear sudden cracking sounds. The door hinges were slightly noisy and needed oiling.

The location, view and ambience at PBHS are wonderful! We stayed 2 nights but could easily have stayed longer. A real family holiday home!

The garbage disposal system was a little strange but that may just be because it was unfamiliar to us. (Guests are required to take their own rubbish to the transfer centre on departure). It wasn't such a big deal, just a little unexpected.

Beautiful views over to the lake. Kind and accommodating host (we were allowed to check in early to drop off one of our traveling party who had recently been in an accident and could not join the rest of us on our planned activities for that day). The home looks quite rustic in the listing photos, but in person it was really just more quaint, with lots of character - we were very pleasantly surprised. It was extremely comfortable.

Be forewarned that you should plan to bring your own large garage bag as you will be required to remove all rubbish from the home upon leaving and take it to the local refuse center for disposal. Since we were unaware of this before arriving, we were not prepared.

We liked everything about our stay. We loved the house because it has everything we need on our stay. Also they were very accommodating to our requests.

Loved the spot, perfect place to relax. very close to the estuary. Have everything you need.

(We realise this wouldn't be an issue to everyone) We thought people should be aware that there are cameras at the door, for people who are not use to them, it was a bit confronting.

A lot of thought has been put in for facilities. Anything that you could need was there. Wonderful place and location to stay.
