Instructions booklet needs updating Needing to take rubbish with us It’s uncommon to be asked to clean and vacuum and squeegee although happy to do it House quite dusty Single bed linen had lots of fluff, needs to be checked before guests arrival

The location was great and easy to access the beach. Our weekend weather however was not helpful as it rained most of the time we were there. The home was tidy and provided all the required needs for us. Would gladly stay here again

There was not much to complain about at all.

The owner of the property has a misguided opinion about what needs to be provided to traveling guests using Booking.com After you finish making the booking you receive an additional email from the owner suggesting that if a guest uses sheets on the bed that’s an up charge of $30 per guest If that were not enough, the owner request that you vacuum the floors with carpet and wash the linoleum floors before departing This owner should either provide normal guest services or put that information in the initial booking information so that the guest can make a decision prior to booking
