Mercure Chiang Mai

The washrooms and services were dirtiest I have seen in any rated hotel. Just not Mercure level. Don’t go by cheap rate, the rooms are cheaper in quality and service is worst. The manager Sirawan/Sitawan is worst person to complain, she doesn’t care and carries ego. Stay away from this hotel because of her .

The building is quite old but gold. The location is great, the room is clean, and the staffs were very helpful. Will be staying here again once I visit Chiang Mai again.

Old property, old furniture, room paint furniture very bad quality.

Everything was brilliant - staff in particular excellent. Room was spacious (we had an extra wide double bed). Restaurant food was excellent and well priced. Staff in restaurant excellent. Staff at reception excellent. Bed very comfortable!

Just dated - this is not the fault of the staff, the owners need to invest to modernise. Very sad to see the hotel so dated. Swimming pools excellent was so cold - anyway to warm it a little?

Breakfast was very good I had a omelette most days which was cooked fresh. I liked the location as I got a good nights sleep and wasn’t fat from the local street food , which even with a shell fish allergy I managed fine. Although a little dated I would return
