Each room is big in size, has a balcony with seating for 2 people and looks even pleasant as seen in pictures. Lobby has planters and enough space. Switches are functional. The Bathroom is spacious and the cleanliness level is superior. TV is smart TV with decent internet connectivity.

There is not much to like about this hotel. I had booked two rooms (superior and deluxe). The hotel room is good with eye catching paint job. There is just one person in the staff Bipin who took his job seriously and was providing a good and expected service.

But considering hotel’s location, staff and service, the price is bit higher, as it 1-2 km down the main road. You would have to walk a steep street to get to the main road if you are relying on the public transport. Coming to the staff, they are very unresponsive, intercom doesn’t work. This lady geeta literally made my life hell calling me again and again for 2 days to make advance payment or else she will cancel my room and she did cancel it thrice and then I talked to booking.com but geeta was not answering their call for the whole day. I had ‘pay at hotel’ filter on and I was paying ₹400 extra just for that “pay at hotel” option and she still cancelled when I didn’t make the 50% advance payment. You should know the hotel was highly under booked. It was not like hotel is overbooked and she is asking for the payment to hold the room. I think we were the only one staying at the hotel. She still choose to harass me. Another guy who was on the night shift wouldn’t answer calls. (Rahul or Raj I guess). He was into PUBG I guess and not paying attention to guests’ comfort at all. And beware there is no power backup in this hotel. Actually, there is a generator but they refuse to use it. There was no power the whole night and generator didn’t have diesel. Then they sent someone to get diesel but they wouldn’t turn the generator on until you are soaking in your own sweat. I would call the night guy to turn on the generator but he wouldn’t answer calls. I couldn’t even charge my devices. At around 1-2 am and then at around 3 am i had to go down from 3rd floor through stairs (no lift) to tell the guy to turn on the generator so that the ac would work and we could sleep. Bipin was the only person putting efforts. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at 1200 per room.

Very poor staff support.

Cancelled booking without information and entertained new client at location.
