Absolute Best.. everything was best staff,service,view,cafe liked everything…

The rooms were clean and comfortable the view from balcony is very nice and if you like place away from traffic you can choose this place blindly because this place is near Ganges and away from traffic quiet in night time

There is nothing that I don’t like

everything, the location, the facility especially the type of People sitting at the reception- smokers and full nashedi type. That place didn't feel safe at all.

I considered internet reviews when making my hotel reservation. All of the well-written descriptions of the property were identical. The rooms were spotless, the staff was excellent, and the rooftop cafe with its fantastic live music and lovely food really made the evening.

Asthetic rooms with good location and peacefulness.

The room was very clean with a comfy bed staff are wonderful and very helpful hotel has a roof top cafe which is awesome and good fun at the weekend with a live singer

The staff and the vibes were exceptional of this hotel , everyone was so kind and welcoming and made this place feel like home, definitely will be back to stay again. The cafe upstairs called the soul connection served delicous food and we're very lovely to speak with.

Long list of dislikes 1. Over priced 2. Hairdryer not working 3. Poor food quality Provided stale food and no apologies or refund 4. Chef doesn't have knowledge about the food. 5. Photos doesn't match reality 6. room service below average 7. No bath towel provided 8. No lift 9. Telephone not working 10. Dirty hand towel. 11 no power backup 12 Exhaust fan of one bathroom opening into the bathroom of other room 13 The washroom smells super bad. Whole lobby is stinking sometimes because of that 14. No proper water flow even to wash hands
