Villa Nina Complex

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was great, and clean will come back on my next trip !

When we clicked the location from the booking.com app it sent us to the wrong place. Very hard to find.

Decisamente un bel posto dove soggiornare, vicino alla parte più viva di Uluwatu. Perfetto per le nostre esigenze

Una di noi purtroppo si è sentita male con un virus intestinale (molto comune a Bali) ed è rimasta in struttura mentre noi eravamo fuori per la giornata a fare un’escursione. Quando siamo uscite la mattina ci siamo accorte che mancava l’acqua corrente, abbiamo notificato subito il team (è pratica comune negli affitti delle ville a Bali adesso creare questi gruppi whatsapp con almeno 20 persone che dovrebbero essere a servizio dell’ospite per qualsiasi evenienza) del problema, verso le ore 6.30 del mattino, specificando che era rimasta una nostra compagna in difficoltà in casa. A mezzogiorno nessuno era ancora venuto a darle una mano, neanche un secchio d’acqua per il bagno… Non appena l’ho fatto notare entro 5 minuti sono andati a prestarle assistenza... Capisco che la mancanza d’acqua non sia colpa della struttura, siamo in un’isola e può succedere. Ma se un ospite è in difficoltà con una situazione del genere uno si aspetta come minimo un servizio più efficiente.

We stayed here for 6 nights, with our young daughter. Facilities are comfortable, good bed with black out blinds, shower was good, with great water pressure. Good location, and new facilities stove, oven, fridge and a tv with Netflix/ prime.

The location of the property is great, walking distance to plenty of restaurants coffee, breakfast etc. however it is located on a main thoroughfare.. which meant traffic all the time, which was nosey. Fortunately this did die off slightly overnight. I recommend bringing ear plugs. Despite the black out blinds in the bedroom, there is outside lights that can’t be turned off, so some light filters in.

It was clean and in a good location.

Many mosquitoes and inadequate hot water service. Could only get 7-8 mins of hot water and then had to wait over 3 hours for the service to reheat. Everyday one of us had a cold shower.
