Villa Nina Complex

Villa Nina 2 is nothing like the photos. The pool area is covered in mould and completely shaded by overgrown trees—no sunlight at all. The bathroom is full of black mould, with cracks and water leaks everywhere. Inside, the kitchen and living areas are damp and unhygienic, and a cupboard actually fell off the wall onto us while we were sleeping. The so-called “private entrance” opens right onto a high-speed road, and the windows offer zero sound insulation—traffic noise blasts through nearly all day and night. This place is unsafe, uncomfortable, and massively misrepresented. We left early and shouldn’t have been charged at all. Avoid at all costs.

The location, size and layout of the property. Every room had A/C. Pool was a very good size and clean

Little things like attention to detail for maintenance and original fit out, but were not major

Modern facilities and spacious rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom large spacious shower and basin. Pool was awesome for it's size.

The overall quality of the building was poor. Door didn't latch properly and the aluminum sliding doors rattled with the slightest breeze. Scooters were hooning past every night until 1am and the windows were very thin so could hear everything.

Very sweet staff, clean hotel.

Location was convenient.

Furniture was quite old (especially sofa) and a bit smelly. Also there were water stains on the walls in the bedroom and a leak in the kitchen. All that spoiled the overall impression.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the space was beautiful!

The only one thing would be the open space in the bathroom to outside. It was very hot in the bathrooms and a lot of bugs were coming through the opening. If that was closed it would be perfect!
