The staff were honestly so friendly. They were always around to offer advice or ask questions even whilst taking care of a small child. Breakfast was nice and the owner sorted a bike for us to rent for the day.

There were quite a few ants/flying ants in the bathroom. We kept killing them and they kept reappearing from somewhere we are not sure of. Maybe a hole that needs filling could be looked at

No tiene embarcadero cerca porque está al otro lado de la calle, pero todo estuvo muy bien.

Perfectly located, lovely family business - they were helpful with every request and helped us organise a taxi to Medan and allowed us to rent their scooter. Amazing view of the lake from the balcony. Would definitely come back!

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and bed was big and comfortable. There was a hot shower, soap and toilet paper. WiFi worked well. Balcony had chairs and a table and laundry rack. The view was beautiful. For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with toasted bread, some fruits and coffee. I was satisfied :)

View was a bit obstructed by a plastic shield that was probably installed to prevent accidents. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom but later it disappeared.
