The location

The staff. Their customer service is terrible. They hide information about extra costs and make you pay for it after your booking. They said they are pet friendly and the fee may be applied, which is fine! But they don't tell you in the advertising how much it would cost. I booked for 2 nights and they charged me $250 as a pet fee (for only 2 nights), almost the same amount of our booking. They also said the space was good for 3, but there is only one queen bed and couch (it's not a sofa bed). Last but not least the curtains are very transparent. It doesn't block any lights, views of other apartments (no privacy at all) and one in the living room was broken. Overall, I don't recommend this place.

Staying here with GLS is now my go to when working in Atlanta. Soon to be staying for a 3rd time. Everything was excellent again, few issues checking in as reception couldn’t locate the keys, so had to make a few calls but nothing major.

Would be great if there were some seats for the balconies in the properties.

I don’t recommend this area, it’s dead and nothing is close by. Also the property is good, but the sheets were used and had hair all over.

Nun. I ain’t like shit. The whole experience was ass tbh. Nothing about this place was accommodating for me. If I could give a negative rating I would. Place is a piece of shit.

I hated everything about this place honestly. The price is not worth it. The hassle to get inside the building and to find the building tbh was ass. Not accommodating to guests at all.
