The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional. It was very quiet and relaxing too which was also a plus.

The exit on the parking garage was broken so I had to wait to be let out

Nothing literally found cockroach’s in our room

literally found cockroach’s in our room was moved rooms but giving a room that smells of smokes and they are giving pushback on a refund

Stripped down to basics. There are no extra towels and no extra sheets or blankets other than what is on the bed. Not even a welcoming bottle of water. No answer to calls to front office or emergency after hour phone numbers. Area is nice and walkable. Building and apartment in very good condition but do not expect hotel type accommodations. I will not be staying there if I go back to Atlanta.
