Location is nice.

I would never recommend this Airbnb to anyone. My experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful from beginning to end. When I arrived, I was shuffled between three different units—one of which still had another guest inside, and the other two were filthy and unprepared. I had to spend my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space livable. There were no towels, no toilet paper, no essentials at all. My request for early check-in was ignored, and trying to get help from customer service was a nightmare—I was either placed on long holds or couldn’t get through. I wasn't the only one having issues. At least three other women staying in the same building were dealing with the exact same problems. We were all frustrated and confused, and no one was getting proper help. After finally getting settled in around 8 PM, I spoke with someone who apologized, told me my refund request had been forwarded to billing, and confirmed I could stay until Sunday at 11:00 PM. But just before midnight, while I was in bed and barely dressed, someone walked into my unit without warning. It was a cleaning lady and a man, saying I wasn’t supposed to be there. Even after I showed proof of my reservation, phone calls, and messages, she insisted I leave and gave me a deadline of 8:00 AM to vacate. This was an unacceptable invasion of privacy and a total breakdown of communication. Earlier in the stay, building maintenance also entered the unit unannounced, claiming they had emailed everyone. I received nothing. At this point, I no longer felt safe. This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had. I paid for a service that I did not receive, and I was put through stress, discomfort, and serious safety concerns. I am demanding a partial refund of at least 50% to make up for the inconvenience, the lack of professionalism, and the violation of my privacy. Avoid this place at all costs. Your money, time, and well-being are worth more than this.

Perfectly located and exactly what I needed for my short trip to Atlanta. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

No bed for third person even though it had been communicated numerous times to them

There was only one towel, my husband and daughter had to use little towels and were uncomfortable. Later we found one more additional towel at the bottom of the sink bathroom, next time please place ALL TOWELS out and please make sure you at least provide 3 towels! Thank you!
