Global Luxury Suites Midtown Atlanta

I liked the property location.

The property was dirty, the cabinets were filthy, messy and clearly no attention to detail before we checked in. The landlord or whoever owns or rents The property to booking.com did not pay their rent and left us under severe distress and alarm because we were unsure if we could or would be kicked out upon any given moment. There was a summons letter on the door from the Fulton County of Georgia demanding rent and fees and court fees be paid. This was very disappointing and disturbing and when brought to the attention of whoever I spoke to via Booking.com all they could offer was “sorry”. I was told the billing team would be in touch to give financial compensation for what took place and it has now been two weeks and this still hasn’t happened yet. On our first night we were locked out of the apartment for 5-6 hours and they lied to us telling us that someone would be in touch for what happened. They got in to tact 4 days later to try and address us being LOCKED OUT of the apartment. Does that make any sense? Absolutely ridiculous I would not even let a dog stay at this apartment for free. Absolutely disgusting and appalling service and it actually ruined a portion of my holiday which was for my mother and my birthday.

Unorganized key retrieval. Misinformation at check in.

This place checks all the boxes for a quiet and convenient stay. My only complaint (with 3rd party Global Luxury Suites) is that my door fob didn’t not work therefore I couldn’t leave my apartment because I couldn’t lock it. Thankfully I had my daughter with me whom stayed inside everyday to lock the door behind me. I wasn’t provided a new fob until friday(5 days later). Other than that my stay has been great.

The speakers in the rooms would go off in the night and you can hear people having conversations at 4am The phone kept going off and when picked up the person would say weird things on the phone

Comentei com o proprietário que a limpeza ao chegarmos não estava muito boa e de que faltavam utensílios para cozinha, panos, etc. Ele se prontificou a enviar uma limpeza gratuita e enviar mais utensílios, porém ficou somente na promessa, se esqueceu de nós.
