The apartment was beautiful as it was in the pictures and neatly decorated.

The apartment was half clean due to hair all on the floor the bathrooms, bathroom sinks, kitchen counter top was half wiped with debris of food crumbs on it, stainless steel refrigerator was smeared, living room and bedroom ceiling fan had thick layers of dust on it. Also the bathroom tub was filthy. When we arrived the hotel staff acted like he high or something giving us a hard time to check in when I showed my license. I had to repeatedly call corporate to talk to the hotel staff in order to get the key.

There was dust on the ceiling fan. It continued to fly off activating my allergies. I wish there was patio furniture.

I loved the location and the room itself. It was very clean.

Only thing I didn’t like is when you have to leave for check out there’s no way to get the other floors without the key. So just think wisely before parking on the 4th level.

The size of the apartment is generous, the gym facilities are the best I’ve seen in any short term let which was a real bonus. The location is brilliant to access Midtown, Downtown and anywhere central in Atlanta. There’s restaurants and a Publix within walking distance.

The apartment needs a deep clean, particularly in the bathroom where the shower curtain and tiles were turning orange. The paintwork needs a refresh.

Het was heerlijk om een appartement met keuken en wasmachine te hebben in zo'n prettige omgeving. De keuken was ruim met een kleine koffiezetter (met een filter die ik niet ken, een soort grote maat senseopads maar een opgefrommelde filter nr 4 deed het ook.) Verder 5 pitten, oven, magnetron, broodrooster, grote koelkast, vaatwasser en een wasmachine en droger. Ik had een balkon met de halve dag zon erop ( of de reflectie ervan ). Ik vond het bed erg prettig, ik houd van een wat zachter matras en ook de kussens lagen lekker. Mocht je veel kleding mee willen nemen: er was een complete inloopkast naast de badkamer. Het appartement zat vlakbij de lift van de achterkant van het pand. Heel fijn dat je daar makkelijk in en uit kan. Een aantal mensen kwam ik dagelijks tegen in de lift en waren ook vriendelijk om even een praatje mee te maken. De buurt is fijn om rond te lopen. De straten zijn overzichtelijk met brede trottoirs. Oriënteren is soms moeilijk omdat er twee parallelle Peachtree streets zijn. Ik heb heerlijk gegeten op 50 meter van de deur bij Pint&Plate. De Juniper street is ook een minuutje lopen met leuke restaurants en een pharmacy waar je ook wat boodschappen kan doen ( drinken en houdbaar voedsel en snacks). Ik vond de Blink hobby en kunst benodigdheden winkel geweldig leuk. De grotere supermarkt is Publix, daar heb ik ook lopend boodschappen voor een week gedaan en me prima mee kunnen redden.

Het zijn wat kleine dingen. Omdat er maar een set handdoeken is wil je ze wassen, dat kon ook maar er was geen wasmiddel. Ook was er maar een portie vaatwasmiddel voor de machine en ik heb toch wel om de dag een machine kunnen vullen met alle mokken en pannen. Het drinkwater uit de kraan smaakt een beetje naar chloor, gelukkig kan je voor $3 een gallon bronwater kopen bij de cws om de hoek. Ik vond de wijze waarop de deur op slot zat niet zo duidelijk. Ik kreeg het ook niet voor elkaar om de klep van de afvalkoker te openen.

The people on site are just housing a position. If there are issues they have no authority or than redirecting. If you in counter problems you have to make MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING A QUICK & EASY CHECK IN OR A STRESS FREE STAY!! They really have no concern or knowledge if issues occur. You will most definitely have issues!! Please read all the reviews & check the BBB RATINGS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU BOOK!!
