Clean, tidy, comfortable, convenient location to the waterfalls and to the pub, excellent service and food

The shower was very small but wasn’t a huge issue for us

We loved the location. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the waterfalls from our accommodation. We used public transport, so this is important for us. We loved the food available in the cafe downstairs. Although I am not vegan or gf, I thought it good that these are catered for

It was impossible to get the kettle under the tap to fill it. We used a cup to do this. Room was rather small, but cosy.

Friendly staff, clean, nice decor

The size of the shower cubicle, tiny, can’t move around at all, quite claustrophobic. The kitchen should opens late for breakfast. It should open at 8:30am to allow travellers to eat before their walk.

Everything apart from the price of the room £105, and the fact that the shower was inaccessible for anyone over 5.5. I'm 6 feet 4 and my partner is 5 feet 8 and we were unable to fit in the shower individually. There was no ironing board and although this is a lodge used for caving, walking etc, it is still booking in people who have travelled from afar. The shower part was disappointing as the soap tray kept catching my throat and you were forced to stand rigid whilst showering. The family members in the other rooms expressed the same issue. The rooms are small, and there was no breakfast included in the room price of £105
