Everything about this hotel is lovely! The location, the decor, the bistro below. We had a lovely time!

Bardzo mały pokój i bardzo mała łazienka. Rzeczy pozostawione na wierzchu były wilgotne. Brak szafy.

Location

Our experience was a nightmare, below one star. Rooms little but comfy bed and clean. The best thing about this place is its location near the waterfall. We planned an Easter break there, visiting Zip World and walks in nature, and enjoying a good atmosphere. After an intense day, long travel, and walks, we were looking to lie down. Our next-door neighbor was extremely loud, slamming the door, blasting music, and shouting on speakerphone during a call (there was information on the wall that quiet hours should be from 7 p.m.) My husband asked him to be quiet as he was still loud at 10 p.m. He shouted, "F*** you, man." We gave the management a ring after hours. They called us back sometime later, saying, "he sound calm on the phone." We felt frustrated and unsafe as the person kept being antisocial. I didn't want confrontation, so we packed our bags and decided to leave the place at midnight, having a 4-hour journey ahead. The management was supposed to do an investigation the next morning. Unfortunately, we didn't hear any follow-up. Paid £118, and we only took a shower. Place to avoid!

Clean, nice, excellent location. Staff were magnificent. Very friendly, always smiling and happy to help with anything.

Bathroom a little small but that's the only issue but the positives outward that by alot.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful area. The room was beautiful and the staff downstairs in the attached restaurant were fantastic. All in all I couldn't have had a better stay!

L'emplacement est très bien pour randonner dans les Brecon Beacons. La décoration est sympa et le lit confortable

La chambre est vraiment très étroite, c'est difficile pour ouvrir les sac et les valises et de circuler dans la chambre. De même pour la salle de bain.
