"Worst!"

I reached there after a long journey with my 2 - 1 year olds. I asked them if I can get lunch for my babies. And they said it off season the kitchen is closed you order swiggy Zomato. I don't understand. If you are off season, close the resort then, u made my babies suffer and after a long argument he says "I will have to open the full kitchen just for khichdi". If you don't have children you ofcourse would not know the suffering. God should never bring the owner of the stupid resort suffer for his/her child like this. We had to cancel and look for other hotel after a long journey. No help from the useless staff of the resort as well. It's a shame as no humanity in the owner of staffs. Absolutely ridiculous. They never mentioned this when we booked the place. No help. They saw us standing in rain with our child and still did not help us. Very bad. Off season or on Season... You shouldn't treat your customers with children like this.

"Disaster Stay"

Ambience

The Owners Gang would occupy the Entire Property by Showing Of Their Pets & Roaming Everywhere so You won’t have A Privacy, I stayed this property Almost 2 Years ago along with My family that time property was New and The Food was awesome Now During our stay ( Monsoon Trip ) They doesn’t provide a Even Coffee and they simply said there was No Milk and It’s a Half Season Air conditioning is the worst in the Room Because there is A Lot Of Leakage , Bathroom Hardwares aren’t working Properly While we are questioning about they were trying to threaten Us They are locality etc etc and I guess they Really Don’t Care about The Review This Property Became Worthless

did not expect such a decent service for such a low price, everything was great. there is wifi, hygiene items, a restaurant for dinner. very responsive manager who tried to help in all questions. 5 minutes across the river to the sea on foot

"The most worst experience"

There few points i like to mention 1- they have electricity problem they don't have a back up for that we ask them to please open the generator they declined our request and the owner and manager say you should've check the problem before u come here they said it's our fault. 2- if they have electricity issue they should mention in website. They did check in us before informing us that they are facing a problem . They charged us the whole amount after that they it's your problem not our they tortured us . And after all we change the place on second day after we check in we went Rama beach hotel it's was amazing 😍

The owner and manager they were very rude 😕

"Pathetic birthday weekend"

The rooms although dimly lit was clean. The staff did allow us to keep the luggage post checkin.

The photos are over representation of what the property actually feels like. The rooms are dimly lit. ACs don't work. Setting the temperature to 16 also feels like 32 degrees. The fans don't work at full speed, constant flickering of lights. Informing the hotel authorities was disappointing as well, they simply put the blame on the electricity department. FYI The fridge inside the room doesn't work. High power consumption devices such as hair drier straightener also doesn't work at full capacity. They don't provide drinking water. A bisleri bottle is charged at 32₹

"Disappointing"

huge bathroom size

there were no electricity from early 3-4 AM till we check out at 11:00 AM they didn’t start generators stating they will be at loss if they run hotel on generator. so we could not sleep properly in high summer time as AC got off & there were no ventilation to rooms. also without power we could not charge our mobiles which caused lot of problems to us as we were new to Goa. we paid for AC room but could not enjoy AC room. also there were no apologies from their end for inconvenience.
