We was 5 days in May. We totally like bungalows, how they look and landscape, greenary of the place. Staff guys was nice, they tried to make our stay better.

All days we didn't have proper a/c working. Every 1-2 hours electricity jumped and it makes not possible to be at rooms, coz it was very hot and no air at all.

"Allover a fine stay but won’t visit again."

The cottages were nice and clean. There were some insects inside.

It is not near by the beach as it looks like. You have to walk from a dangerous road which has no lights at night. But you can take a long route from main road which is good. Other then that they charge 33 rs for a 20rs water bottle. They do not provide normal water and you have to purchase that 33rs bottle. There was a voltage problem, AC was not working properly.

Location is nice...rooms look good

The hotel was running the whole operations on single phase electric connection. The whole time we were there it was low voltage. Neither the Air conditioning or the fan was working properly and considering it is really hot in Goa in the month of April, you can not survive without them. Thee staffs doesn't really care and just say that they can't do much about it. Finally they brought in diesel and switched on the generator. But once the diesel ran out it was back to square one. Then in the mornings, no water pretty much until we had to check out. The whole experience was so bad. My brother had a separate booking the following day but he couldn't cancel it, since if you cancel the booking , you still end up paying the whole amount as they block your credit card. Terrible wouldn't suggest.
