I did not get to stay! When I arrived, it took 20 minutes before someone came out to help me then they couldn't find my booking all this while I'm standing in the rain in the street. I then tried to cancel the booking to no avail and the they double booked me. Then they tell you that the place is full and they can take to their other B&B to get a room.I phoned a number that was provided in the booking but she was in a meeting and was told she will call after 19h00 on Friday, today is Saturday and she has still not phoned me and they have not returned my money they took off my card. Your AI service is not very helpful as it leaves you to do a service you are supposed to provide. Highly disappointed in the whole process but quickly to take ones hard earned money.

Totally arrogant staff and people who don't know what they are doing, should not be in this business.

The gates remained locked after 10pm they refused to open the remote controlled gate and said we should call SAPs . We had a family emergency. They kept us locked inside for 1 hour. It was really disappointing. The Police had to assist us to open the Remote controlled gate.

Fan in the room, TV was not playing due to the poor network,no intercom in the gate or telephone number and the gate was locked at 5am you need to go around waking up the stuff if they can put a remote gate
